All wares are handmade and shipped from England, United Kingdom.
I ship to England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the European Union and the United States.
Orders shipped to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are sent via Royal Mail with the tracked 24 hour service. Once dispatched your tracking number will be supplied. Please allow up to one week for your order to be dispatched and once posted please be aware that postal delays are out of my control.

Import tax/customs are to be paid by the customer. If you are unsure if your purchase will be subject to import costs, I would recommend contacting your local customs office.
Orders to the USA: tariff charges are calculated and collected with your order at checkout. Regular customs duties or taxes (depending on your country’s regulations) may still apply, and these remain the responsibility of the recipient. Orders deemed as faulty upon arrival have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
I do not accept refunds for items you have had a change of mind on. If you are ordering a custom sized piece, please ensure you provide the correct measurements.
Commissions are strictly non returnable, however if the item is deemed as faulty I will accept it back to make it right and send it back to you.
All products are the full responsibility of the customer until they have arrived back to the stated address.
If I have made an error, please contact me and I shall gladly aim to resolve any issues.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. Photo evidence will be required before I make the decision to authorise a return. Please note, photos of all items are also taken before dispatch.

Stickers are non-returnable.
Items will be thoroughly inspected before a decision is made to refund. I reserve the right to refuse a refund if the above terms are not followed.

All jewellery is made with a Stainless Steel base (chainmail, jump rings, wire, chain, charms, clasps and fixtures) which is durable and non-tarnishing if cared for correctly. Other elements of the piece may include parts made from crystal, coated and plated metals, clay, plastic or other materials which despite being sturdy, will require care to ensure their durability. All materials are stated in the items description.

Avoid storing in a way which can result in the piece getting tangled or where the components can be damaged. Chainmail links can shift slightly in transit or when handled, but a gentle shuffle with your fingers will settle the links back into their place. To prolong the life and quality of your piece, please do not sleep with your jewellery on and avoid getting it wet. Substances such as perfume, makeup and lotions can react with metal and other components.

Is everything made by hand?
Yes. All jewellery items are handmade by me and therefore may have minor flaws in the detailing. This is a reflection of how my pieces are handmade and not machine made or mass produced and should not affect the overall look or lifespan of the piece. Miscellaneous items such as stickers are designed by myself and sourced through reputable companies.
Do you accept commissions?
Yes, commissions are welcomed. Whether that be to design a custom piece entirely, or to modify or customise a piece I already sell, get in contact and we can bring your vision to life.

Kingdom of Solitude is an independent female owned small business. I make all wares with care, intention and purpose entirely by hand and feel strongly about the negative environmental and ethical impacts of fast fashion which is why I take a thoughtful approach to what I create. Kingdom of Solitude is committed to being an inclusive and respectful space for people of all backgrounds and identities. I am strongly against the use of AI - it has no place here.
